Surrey Main is a 4,330m2 3-level addition to the campus administration building. The ground floor houses the Campus Registrar Office, while the second and third floors house classrooms and the faculty offices. Designed to operate as passively as possible Surrey Main’s mechanical systems respond to the outdoor microclimate conditions. The building also includes an innovative rainwater capture system.
